TOEFL Writing Template
筆者相當喜歡英語的 Academic Writing 寫作，其基本概念是要讓所有上大學的學生都按同一個相似的模版去寫作，以利於知識的流通。這一點與國內的語言教育想法相差甚遠，私以為把語言視為溝通工具，從小教學生寫 Academic Writing 模版，正是造就美國實用主義精神，使其強大的教育祕方！筆者推荐的影片是目前 YT 上能找到最完整，且帶有各種實例的 Academic Writing 寫作模版教學。

Contrast, Compare, Contrary, Conversely, Rather, Otherwise -- 對比
On the contrary = 正好相反。可以使用 Actually, the opposite is true / Rather 來替換使用。In/by contrast = 相對地。可以使用 Unlike / compare 來替換使用。conversely = 反之。這個字的概念相當難掌握，強調「從相反的角度去看事情」。就中文「反之」的意思來說，是指「狀況相反的話」。替換用語為 the other way around 並特別注意到其與 vice versa, otherwise 的差異。

Speaking Test from TOEFL iBT® Free Practice -- 從官網範例學習
不同的老師有各自的模版。如何判斷其優劣，除了仰賴有實力的老師去判斷，更簡單的方法是先從官方釋出的 high-level response 來了解什麼樣的回答能拿高分。本文收入筆者對於 sample answer 的優缺點分析，並進一步提出基於高分範例的模版供讀者參考。P.S. 請注意官方的範例忠實程現學生的答案，因此會有一些錯誤。
