學習風格 VS 輸入理論 -- Learning Style vs CCI
筆者從來就不相信學習風格理論。很高興遇到這部破千萬觀看次數的影片，詳細探討了把學生分類為「視覺型、聽覺型、讀寫型和動覺型」的這個做法是不是真的有道理。筆者贊同影片的結論，認為最佳學習風格其實是「多感觀學習 multi-modal learning」，也就是說學習素材透過綜合「文字、圖片、聲音，手做活動」來設計學習效果最佳。

讚美努力，不要讚美天份--打造 Growth Mindset
研究者將學生分為「能力稱讚」與「努力稱讚」兩組。被稱讚努力的學生更傾向選擇具挑戰性的任務，在面對困難時不輕易放棄；相對地，被稱讚聰明的學生較易避免挑戰，並在遭遇挫折時放棄（Mueller & Dweck, 1998; Dweck, 2006）。
